Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To protect appointment availability and ensure fairness to all clients, please review the following policy before booking your permanent makeup appointments or services.

Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits are non-transferable and may not be transferred to another person or service.

  • Your deposit is applied toward your scheduled appointment and reserves your appointment time.

Cancellations

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • No-shows will also result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to two (2) times.

  • After two rescheduled appointments, the appointment will be considered forfeited, and the deposit will not be refunded or transferred.

  • A new appointment may require a new deposit to secure a future booking.
