You may recognize Elsie as our salon assistant, joining the team back in 2021; Now, after graduating from JCI's Hair Art program, Elsie is beyond excited to dive in to a world of vivid colours, shaggy mullets and bouncy curls!

Proudly on the autism spectrum, Elsie has worked hard to curate a salon experience that ensures every client who sits in their chair feels comfortable from start to finish and leaves the salon in love with their reflection!

Ash joined our studio early in 2019 and instantly became part of the family. She’s been doing hair for over 16 years and there’s nothing that can phase her. 

She is DevaCurl trained (which makes her our resident expert on ALL things curly hair) and she also studied at the Aveda institute - you’ll know her by her signature hand and head massages that come as standard on her services. 

Her attention to detail is what makes her such a star. Gayoung is a professional hairstylist with 11 years of experience, known for her strong technical foundation and attention to detail. She graduated with honours from U1 University’s Department of Beauty Care in Korea and further refined her craft through advanced training at Vidal Sassoon in London.

She has participated in major industry events, including 2025 Gangnam Fashion Week in Seoul, and specializes in trendy layered women's haircuts, balayage, K-style perms, trendy men’s haircuts, and Japanese straightening. 

Gayoung is dedicated to creating styles that suit each client’s features and lifestyle, delivering personalized, high-quality results every time.

Kara has been working hair magic for over 18 years and was a Goldwell educator for over 11 of those! 

Her specialties include blonding - from balayage and ombre to face framing highlights, lowlights and everything in between. She’s also known for her award winning abilities to create full head pastel rainbows.

Mitch started his career over 15 years ago in England. Since then, he’s cut hair all over, including Thailand, Whistler and everywhere in between. He knows what’s good, and how to execute it.
